1. Who is responsible

This website is operated by Uğur Can Elsun, a freelance software developer trading as uurstudios, Adana, Türkiye. Email: merhaba@uurstudios.com, phone: +90 533 167 93 01. I am the controller of the personal data described below under the UK GDPR, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK).

2. What data is collected and why

No data is sold or used for advertising profiles.

3. Service providers

• Vercel Inc. (hosting and delivery of the website)
• Supabase Inc. (database for form submissions, hosted in Sydney, Australia)
• Resend (sending the confirmation email for your enquiry)
• Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC (analytics, only with consent)

Some providers are based in the United States, and the database is hosted in Australia. Transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and its UK Extension where the provider is certified, and otherwise on Standard Contractual Clauses (and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum). Because I work from Turkey, enquiries you send are processed there to answer your request (Art. 49(1)(b) GDPR).

4. Cookies and local storage

Your cookie choice is stored in your browser (strictly necessary). Analytics cookies are only set if you accept them, and you can change your mind at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.

5. How long data is kept

Enquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted after 24 months at the latest. Project and invoicing records are kept for as long as tax and commercial law require. Server logs are kept for a short period by the hosting provider.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify or erase your data, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability and to withdraw consent at any time. Write to merhaba@uurstudios.com; you will receive an answer within one month. You can also complain to a supervisory authority: in the UK the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk), in the EU the authority in your country of residence.

7. Changes

This policy is updated when the website or the providers change. The current version is always published on this page.
